Custom event paths, and a faster tracker

• Data layer paths parse consistently: custom events read a path the same way segments, funnels and conversions do
• Array positions work in live detection: an event that previewed correctly no longer collects nothing once live
• Data layer conditions accept a blank key: leave the key empty to match contains or does not contain across the whole payload
• Tracker selector building rewritten: a 3,000 item list cost 670ms per render, now 15ms, with 25 to 32 percent less work on ordinary pages
• Does not match regex added to custom events: applied in validation, backfill and live detection alike

• Custom events released to everyone: raw event pages, a list and detail view, and a wizard for building events and triggers
• Custom events available across reports: selectable in quick filters, segments, funnels and conversions

• Email verification made self service: verify your own address when corporate sign on leaves it unverified

Content loaded events, and longer retention

• Content loaded events added: fire a custom event when named text appears on a page, with live detection and full historical backfill
• Retention extended to 13 months: a 395 day option covering a complete year on year comparison
• Custom event drafts now preview: a definition shows its hourly occurrence trend before you save it
• Network error noise excluded by default: failures from ad blockers, offline visitors and cancelled requests no longer count as errors
• Missing replay pageviews recovered: pages whose opening snapshot never arrived now record and play

Tasks reorganised, and revenue by page

• Tasks split into tabs: Overview, My Tasks, All Tasks and Support, with filters for date, type, status, assignee and tags
• Task detail view rebuilt: status, priority, due date, tags and assignees edit in place, with comments beside the detail
• Task rollups now include older items: open tasks created before the date window count towards the Overview list and KPIs
• Average order value added to page reports: available with sorting on both Pages and Landing Pages

• A/B test reporting added: a test list, per variation breakdowns, and a guided wizard for connecting your testing tool

• Izzy added to the errors dashboard: a summary leading with impact and recommended actions, with the breakdown collapsible
• Per error summaries added: each row explains what is happening, its impact and what to try
• False positive detection added: Izzy flags the errors unlikely to be worth investigating
• Tasks can be created from an Izzy summary: the task opens with the finding already filled in
• Microsoft sign in links to existing accounts: an existing account is connected instead of failing on a conflict

• Insights Hub released: capture a finding as a task, with a list overview and a detail view for your team
• Task email notifications added: sent on creation, assignment, status change and new comments, never to the person who acted
• Funnel descriptions added: shown beneath the funnel name in the list, and included in search
• Izzy moved to a newer model: better accuracy on dashboard summaries
• Single sign on moved above password: Google and Microsoft now lead the sign in and sign up pages

• Chrome extension updated to 1.2.1: scrolling heatmaps, friction maps, dead clicks, rage clicks and invisible element detection in a single view
• Multi conversion tracking added to the extension: funnels with several conversion points now report correctly
• Data API released: pull your Insightech data into your own reporting and workflows
• Report filters extended: more conditions available when narrowing a report

• Izzy extended to Replay Analysis: session replay analysis now gets the same AI summary as the dashboards
• Izzy reads element text on click and hover maps: summaries name the button or link rather than a selector
• Hover Map made readable: metrics show more clearly in the coloured map, and overlapping highlights no longer block interaction
• Inspect element metrics corrected: figures aggregate at the interactive element, so a link or button counts once
• Field events renamed and regrouped: Select is now Field Value Changed, and Input sits with the other form and field events

Error scoring, and new friction maps

• Error scoring reworked: errors now score on the exit pages of non converting sessions, with conversion rate and revenue attributed there
• Error rows now expand: each error opens to its detail and the top three URLs where it happens
• Assisted revenue added to page reports: pages show the revenue they contributed, not only what closed on them
• Hover Map and Dead Click Map released: new friction views for where visitors hesitate and where clicks do nothing
• Scrollmap tab redesigned: a thumbnail and temperature bar, plus a ten part breakdown by content, pageviews and drop off
• Image masking enabled by default: sensitive visuals are hidden in replay without any configuration
