Agents and Connectors for Third-Party AI Assistants

What these are: Insightech publishes agents and connectors that let a signed-in Insightech user query their own Insightech data from within a third-party AI assistant, such as Anthropic’s Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Google Gemini and OpenAI’s ChatGPT. These include the Insightech Analytics (US) and Insightech Analytics (AU) agents for Microsoft 365 Copilot, and the Insightech connectors available in the other assistants listed above. They form part of the Services described in this policy.

Authentication and access: You sign in with your existing Insightech account. An agent can only read the profiles and data you already have permission to view in Insightech, and grants no additional access. Agents do not create, modify or delete data in your Insightech account, and they request no permission to read data you hold in the AI assistant provider’s own services, such as your email, files, chats or calendar.

Information shared with the AI assistant provider: When you use an agent, the questions you ask and the analytics results Insightech returns are transmitted to, and processed by, the AI assistant provider so that the answer can be shown to you. That processing is governed by your own agreement with that provider, not by this policy. Insightech does not collect any additional personal information through these agents beyond the information described elsewhere in this policy.

Ending access: You can remove an agent at any time from within the AI assistant. Insightech can also revoke an agent’s access to your account on request — contact us at support@insightech.com.

Policy Modifications

Insightech may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If and/or when Insightech makes changes to this Privacy Policy, the updated version will be posted on this page. Insightech encourages you to visit this page periodically.
